How can I become a trade partner?

Where can I obtain price lists?
After registering as a trade partner, you can obtain price lists directly from our sales service.
Can I obtain samples and promotional materials?
Registered trade partners can access a wide range of sales documentation, samples and promotional materials. For details, please contact info@schwengpartner.de.
What warranties or guarantees apply?
According to AMTS, aluminium structures have a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee and electrical products a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee. The exact terms and scope are set out in the relevant product’s guarantee documents.
What snow loads are the products suitable for?
The products can be planned for different snow load zones. Any additional components needed for higher snow loads must be determined individually. Exceptionally high snow loads are not covered by general structural planning. Excessive loads must be cleared from the structures on site.
Which colours are available?
Anthracite DB703S, silver grey RAL9006S, white RAL9016 and wood finishes. Special colours are also available on request.
How are the goods delivered?
Goods are delivered by 7.5-tonne truck and trailer or by van, with a trailer if needed. Free collection at Schweng locations is also possible. Conditions for the destination country are agreed individually.
Do you also sell to private customers?
AMTS GmbH specialises in supplying business partners.
What are the payment terms?
Initial orders from a new trade partner are normally paid in advance. Other payment arrangements can subsequently be agreed.
