Technical operation
This website is hosted in Germany by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. Visits involve technically necessary connection data, including the IP address, time and requested file. STRATO states that it stores IP addresses for detecting and preventing attacks for no more than seven days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Images and fonts are served locally; no analytics tools, advertising trackers or embedded maps are used.
Contact enquiries
For enquiries, we process your name, email address, message and any optional company, location or phone details to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f). The form transmits details over an encrypted connection to the web server and by email to info@schwengpartner.de. Sending uses the technically necessary sp_contact session cookie for form security and abuse prevention; it expires with the browser session. Enquiry data is deleted when the request has been resolved unless legal retention duties require otherwise.
Phone and WhatsApp
Phone and WhatsApp links connect to the relevant service only when clicked. WhatsApp is provided in the European Economic Area by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Its privacy terms apply when used; processing outside the EU is possible. You may contact us by email or phone as an alternative.
Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact info@schwengpartner.de. You may complain to a supervisory authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
